Wake up

Count your blessings

Wear something signature

Watch a motivational webinar over breakfast

Spend an hour or more outdoors or doing your favorite workout

Do something for 1–2 hours that results in something tangible

Learn something by reading, meeting, or listening to a podcast

Take care of your business or your family or both by investing in something that creates a better future

Find a few moments of silence

Do something valuable for your partner

Daydream a little about what’s possible

Expand someone else’s daydream

Say what you want for your life out loud

Say yes to an unexpected opportunity

Call, text, message, or email someone you want to know better

Wash your face

Brush your teeth

Love on your family

Sleep well

Repeat for 27,375 days
