During a private 1:1 session today, I asked my client if she had a win to share.
She answered, “My daughter asked about summer care at her local elementary school.”
She wasn’t sure she understood what her daughter meant, so she explained that for the mommies and daddies that worked full-time away from home, their kids went to summer school, childcare, or camp.
Her daughter looked at her incredulously and said, “Some mommies and daddies have to go to work during summer?!”
Her win was being home with her kids in summer and her daughters not knowing differently.
